[Eco Bounty] Your Devices list add new row without Project Name

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to: https://hub.iotex.io

2. Connect Wallet

3. Click icon swith next to logo

4. Click Register a Device

5. Click icon setting

6. Click Custm Server, add new server address

7. Refresh the device list

Actual Result:

After adding new server address, the device list show new row but column Project Name have no data

Expected Result:

After adding new server address, the new row in device list should show project name, did, actions
