[Eco Bounty]"Add to Wallet" Button Unresponsive on IoTeXScan

On the IoTeXScan token tracker page, clicking the "Add to Wallet" button (next to the MetaMask fox icon) for a token (e.g., IoTeX PePe) does not trigger any action. It fails to prompt the wallet to add the custom token.
