App Version: ioPay v5.1.0 (3963)
Date Observed: February 3, 2026
Issue: Attempting to join the open testing program via the Google Play link triggers a "Webpage not available" error due to an unsupported URL scheme.
When a user attempts to join the ioPay open testing program by selecting the "Testers can join your test using Google Play on Android" link, the Google Play Store interface briefly appears before failing. The browser then displays a net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME error because it cannot resolve the intent:// link meant to open the Play Store app.
Open ioPay and navigate to the "Join the beta" section.
Click on the link: "Testers can join your test using Google Play on Android".
Observe the Google Play Store page loading for the ioPay app.
Wait for the automatic redirect to trigger the error page.
The link should successfully redirect and keep the user within the Google Play Store app to install the beta version of ioPay.
The browser attempts to load a URL starting with intent://play.google.com/... and fails with the error: "Webpage not available... net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME".
