Hi, Coinbase writes that they accept only IOTX on the Ethereum blockchain. Thats why I converted my native IOTX to the Ethereum blockchain with the bridge here and got CIOTX. I sent those to the correct address of my Coinbase account, but the coins are not visible in my Coinbase account. This is the etherscan proof that I sent it to the address indicated by Coinbase:

(Coinbase support said no but it seemed to be a generic answer, not sure they understand).

No, in my Coinbase wallet, I cannot see the coins, as Coinbase says they do not support this coin. I sent an official complaint, and they said that if one day they support CIOTX coins, it would immediately appear in my Coinbase wallet (see below their reply). It is frustrating as the coins are there but cannot be accessed (as shown in the Etherscan screenshot). They only support IOTX-E, as they wrote they accept only IOTX on Ethereum chain, I thought it would be fine to just bridge the native IOTX to Etherereum chain via bridge (resulting in CIOTX…). Do you think there is any way to access those (without the help of Coinbase as they are reluctant it seems). THANKS
This is the official reply from Coinbase support:
We appreciate your patience and we receive your concern regarding the CIOTX asset that didn't arrive on your account. Allow us to provide some information regarding this matter.
We’ve reviewed the transaction hash provided and found that the cryptocurrency asset you sent to your Coinbase.com account isn't supported by Coinbase.
Because Coinbase doesn't support this asset, we don’t have access to it and we're unable to retrieve it. Also, due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, we're unable to cancel or reverse this incoming transaction.
We understand that this is a frustrating situation. In the future, Coinbase may begin to provide support for this asset. If that happens, you’ll automatically receive these funds in your account.
To avoid future transaction issues and loss of funds, we recommend that you send a very small amount of crypto as a test transaction before committing to a larger transaction. Additionally, please always ensure that you're receiving and sending crypto that is supported by Coinbase.

Hello, after confirming, we regret to inform you that there is nothing we can do. Coinbase currently only supports IOTX-E, and your cIOTX can only be restored once they provide support for it. This is something that needs to be handled by the Coinbase team, and we are unable to assist with it. We apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, as a friendly reminder, in future transactions, we recommend transferring a small amount of assets first to verify if the transfer is successful, in order to avoid encountering similar issues again.
