I didn't receive $IOTX after purchasing the tokens.

I paid but didn't receive IOTX. I bought 100 IOTX from the website

https://mimo.exchange/buy-iotx/crypto , but did not receive it. TX:

Bridging assets is not an instant process. It involves several steps and requires validators to confirm the transaction on both chains. Your payment might have been successful on the IoTeX side, but the process on the BSC side can sometimes take from a few minutes to over an hour, especially during network congestion.

        Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide

        Follow these steps in order.

Step 1: Check the Bridge Transaction Status

This is the most important step. You need to find the "destination transaction" on the BSC Scan.

        1. Find Your Source Transaction Hash:

          • Go to the IoTeX explorer (iotexscan.io).

          • Paste your IoTeX wallet address.

          • Find the transaction where you sent the tokens to the bridge. Copy the Transaction Hash (TXID).

        2. Use the Official Bridge's "History" or "Tracker":

          • Go back to the bridge you used (e.g., ioTube, Multichain/Anyswap).

          • Look for a "History," "Records," or "Transaction Tracker" section.

          • Paste your IoTeX TXID or connect your wallet. This tracker is designed specifically to show you the status of the cross-chain process. It should show you a corresponding transaction hash for the BSC side once it's completed.

Step 2: Manually Check the Destination Wallet on BSC Scan

If the bridge tracker is slow to update, you can check directly.

        1. Go to the BSC Scan explorer (bscscan.com).

        2. Paste your Binance Smart Chain (BSC) wallet address (the one you were sending to).

        3. Look at the "BEP-20 Token Txns" tab.

        4. Do you see a recent transaction for the token you were expecting (e.g., IOTX-e)? If yes, the tokens are safely in your wallet, and the issue might be with your wallet interface.

Step 3: Verify Your Wallet is Configured Correctly

Sometimes the tokens have arrived, but your wallet isn't displaying them because the token isn't "added."

        1. Add the IOTX-e Token Contract to Your Wallet (MetaMask/Trust Wallet):

          • You need the official BSC contract address for the bridged IOTX token (IOTX-e).

          • Official IOTX-e Contract Address on BSC: 0x9678E42ceBEb63F23197D726B29b1CB20d0064E5

          • How to add it:

            • In MetaMask (while on the BSC network), go to "Import Tokens."

            • Paste the contract address above. The symbol (IOTX) and decimals (18) should auto-fill.

            • Click "Add."

          • In Trust Wallet, you might need to enable the token by clicking the filter icon in the assets list.

        2. Ensure You are on the Correct Network:

          • Double-check that your wallet is connected to the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network and not IoTeX, Ethereum, etc. You cannot see BEP-20 tokens if your wallet is on the wrong network.

I hope this helps to clarify, and if you have further query please don’t hesitate.
