iotex dont callculate fee and we cant acces stake

as you see in the video i have 8 iotex in balance i try to send 2 and the confirmation button is stuck. i think is related to walltes sync between wallet and mainnet. based on recent network updates and failures i think is the root problem. also on iotex explorer the epoch is over running. it should go to 100% and deploy the reward for stakers but in this case you can see in the photo below.
