Coinbase/SubWallet 4675 IOTX mystery resolved by importing the wallet into uniswap app. Funds fully recovered! Still can't figure out how to buy or swap native IOTX correctly but I'm not giving up. Will start a new thread to address buying and swapping as a separate issue.

Uniswap (Ethereum): You swap another token for IOTX (ERC-20). This version of IOTX lives on the Ethereum blockchain.
Bridge (IoTeX): You send your IOTX (ERC-20) from your Ethereum wallet to a special bridge contract. The bridge then "unlocks" and sends you the same amount of Native IOTX on the IoTeX network.
You cannot do this directly within the Uniswap app. Uniswap only handles swaps on the same blockchain.
If you wish to have a native IOTX token here is the most common and user-friendly method using the official ioPay wallet.
Prerequisites:
A cryptocurrency wallet that supports both Ethereum and IoTeX networks (like ioPay, MetaMask, etc.).
Some ETH in your Ethereum wallet to pay for gas fees for the ERC-20 transfer.
Method 1: Using the Official ioPay Wallet (Recommended)
Step 1: Get IOTX (ERC-20) on Uniswap
In your wallet (e.g., MetaMask or the WalletConnect feature in ioPay), connect to the Uniswap app.
Swap your ETH (or any other token) for IOTX (ERC-20). Ensure you are on the Ethereum Mainnet in your wallet.
After the swap, you will see your IOTX (ERC-20) balance in your wallet on the Ethereum network.
Click "Transfer". You will need to approve the transaction and then confirm the main transfer transaction. You will pay an Ethereum gas fee here.
Wait for the process to complete. It usually takes 5-30 minutes for the Ethereum block confirmations.
Step 3: Receive Native IOTX
Once the bridge process is finished, your Native IOTX will appear in the IoTeX network section of your wallet.
In ioPay, you can simply switch the network from "Ethereum" to "IoTeX" to see your new balance. In MetaMask, you would need to add the IoTeX network first.
I hope this helps.

@Markell D Smith I will suggest to Contact Coinbase Support. This is the most important step. Coinbase can possibly help recover these funds.
Choose the relevant categories and provide the proof of transaction.
I hope this helps.

Thank you so much for the help. You are the best. I'm still working on it but I've tracked the issue down to SubWallet

Update. Transfer is showing up successfully completed to the correct address over on etherscan.io and at Coinbase customer service to the iotex network but simply doesn't show up in my subwallet or my linked hub.iotex.io. Reaching out to Subwallet now

This just keeps getting weirder. Sometimes showing success but $0 funds accounted for.
Can't seem to locate tokens in subwallet or iotex hub

Hello @Markell D Smith Since the transaction was made but the tokens aren't showing, we need to systematically diagnose the problem. Important First Step: Stay Calm and DO NOT share your private key or seed phrase with anyone. No legitimate support person will ever ask for it.
Here is a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot what happened.
Paste your transaction hash into the search bar and press Enter.
What are you looking for?
Status: Success ✅: This means the swap was executed correctly on the blockchain. The tokens were sent to your wallet address. The problem is now on the wallet's display side. This is the most common and easily fixable outcome.
Status: Failed ❌: This means the transaction did not go through. The most common reason is that the price shifted too much and the transaction would have resulted in too much "slippage." In this case, the funds you used to pay (e.g., USDC) should still be in your wallet, but the gas fee (in IOTX-e) is lost.
Status: Pending (...): The network might be congested. Wait a little while and
The Most Common Fix: Add the IOTX Token to Your Wallet
If the blockchain shows Success, but you don't see IOTX in your wallet, it's almost certainly because the token hasn't been added to your wallet's token list. Wallets don't automatically show every possible token.
How to add IOTX to your wallet:
In MetaMask:
Make sure your network is set to "IoTeX Mainnet".
Scroll to the bottom of your assets list and click "Import tokens".
IOTX Native Token Contract Address on IoTeX Network: 0x6fb3e0a217407efff7ca062d46c26e5d60a14d69
Copy and paste this address into the "Token Contract Address" field in MetaMask. The other fields (Token Symbol and Decimals of Precision) should auto-populate.
Click "Add Custom Token".
In Trust Wallet:
Click the toggle icon in the top right corner.
Search for "IoTeX". If you don't see it, scroll to the bottom and click "Add Custom Token".
Set the Network to "IoTeX".
Use the same contract address from above: 0x6fb3e0a217407efff7ca062d46c26e5d60a14d69
Fill in the details (Name: IoTeX, Symbol: IOTX, Decimals: 18) and save.
After adding the token, your IOTX balance should appear immediately.
Always check Your Wallet Address: On the block explorer, look at the transaction details. Confirm that the "To" address is exactly the same as your wallet address. A single typo can send funds to the wrong, unrecoverable address.
I hope this helps to clarify and if you have further query please don’t hesitate.
