Missing “Search by Author” Filter

🧾 Description

There is no option to filter or search posts by author on the IoTeX Feedback platform.
This makes it difficult for users or moderators to locate feedback submitted by a specific user.

🔁 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to https://feedback.iotex.io/.

2. Open the Filter or Search section.

3. Try to find a way to search or filter by author username.

4. Observe that there is no filter or search field for author.

✅ Expected Behavior

• The system should allow filtering or searching feedback by author name or user ID.

• A search box or dropdown for “Author” should appear in the filter options.

❌ Actual Behavior

• The filter options only include category, status, and sorting.

• There is no way to view posts by a specific user.
