Problem with PIN in IOPAY

I imported my private key from my IoTeX Desktop Wallet V1.2.0 and yes, I can see my tokens and my wallet. The only problem is, when I try to do a backup from the IOPAY app, it refuses my PIN. Then, I deleted the app from my iPhone. Reinstalled it, same process. Same thing. The PIN is not accepted.
