In return, we were promised a fair reward system, including a share of the $2 million pre-mining pool and a transparent token conversion process. However, what we received was far from fair. Despite accumulating tens or even hundreds of thousands of points, most participants received dust-level rewards—an amount that feels like an insult, not a token of appreciation. The compensation clearly does not reflect the scale of contribution expected from the community. To make things worse: The $AZEN token was listed before the claim process even began, allowing insiders or early-access holders to trade while testnet contributors were locked out. After receiving our rewards (converted from $XaZen), the tokens are non-transferable. We cannot move them to other wallets, exchanges, or even use them meaningfully within the ecosystem. This raises serious concerns about decentralization and fairness. This situation strongly feels like a bait-and-switch: we helped build and promote the protocol under certain expectations, only to be rewarded with meaningless tokens and no transparency. I urge the aZen Protocol team to: Provide a transparent breakdown of how rewards were calculated. Allow full transferability of tokens received through the testnet. Compensate the community fairly and openly based on actual effort. If no corrective actions are taken, I and many others will have no choice but to warn future participants and potential partners about the risks of engaging with aZen Protocol. We expected integrity. We received deception.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unfair Testnet Rewards Distribution and Coin Loss by aZen Protocol

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with how the rewards distribution was handled for participants of the DePIN Lite Testnet.

As an active and committed contributor to the testnet, I accumulated over 300,000+ xAZEN testnet coins through consistent participation and support. However, when the coin listing date arrived, I encountered serious issues that significantly impacted my ability to fairly claim my rewards.

First, I was unable to access the aZen Protocol mobile application for approximately two hours after the listing went live. Once I finally gained access, I was shocked to see that I had received only 8,729 aZEN coins, despite my large xAZEN testnet coin balance. Even more frustrating, only 1,641 aZEN coins were available for immediate claim. According to the current schedule, I can only claim 209 aZEN coins per month for four months, totaling just 836 coins—while 6,252 coins appear to be completely missing, with no explanation provided.

No clear conversion ratio between xAZEN testnet coins and aZEN coins was ever disclosed, leaving participants confused about how their efforts were valued. This lack of transparency further undermines trust in the fairness of the distribution process.

Prior to the listing, aZen Protocol requested that we add our exchange wallet addresses, and many of us did so as instructed. However, despite submitting our exchange addresses in advance, we did not receive any coins in those wallets. At the same time, during the two-hour period when many users were locked out of the app, we witnessed large volumes of aZEN coins being sold—raising concerns about unfair distribution and possible insider access.

Additionally, we were directed to claim our coins to a Particle Wallet, which was labeled as a testnet wallet. No recovery phrase or seed phrase was provided, meaning we were forced to use wallets we cannot back up or recover—posing serious risks to our assets.

This experience has left many community members feeling misled and disregarded. The technical failures, lack of transparency, and questionable reward distribution process do not reflect the values aZen Protocol claims to stand for. I respectfully request that the team:

1. Provide a clear and transparent breakdown of how testnet rewards were calculated.

2. Disclose the xAZEN-to-aZEN conversion ratio and how it was applied to each participant.

3. Address the app access issues during the listing period and the resulting missed opportunities.

4. Explain the whereabouts of the missing 6,252 aZEN coins.

5. Clarify why no coins were sent to the submitted exchange wallet addresses.

6. Offer a secure and recoverable method for claiming and managing aZEN coins moving forward.
