Why promoting a scam project like RBLK ?

I wonder if you got paid by this team to promote their project but this is a total scam so far - no tokens were distributed so far - they will wait until people will forget about it ? Where is the promised infrastructure to perform staking / be part of casino’s lifecycle etc ?
